Shamora Renee is a highly creative goal oriented business professional with a background in Insurance sales/marketing. Shamora has conducted training sessions, assisted with project development, conducted analytical reporting, and served as team leader focusing on customer retention as well as various other projects. Her past professions were in the social service industry where she served as a case manager for mental health and youth advocate for teens caught up in the juvenile justice system. Although she has chosen a different career path she dedicates her free time volunteering for various organizations, facilitating workshops on building self-esteem and conflict resolution.

Shamora published her first book entitled Moodswings back in January of 2004. Moodswings is a collection of poetry art imitating life and thought provoking short stories that allow men to be a fly on the wall in a woman’s world. She loves nothing more than to share her craft with the youth and has conducted workshops focusing on the basic steps of writing a novel and popular types of poetry; encouraging people to think outside the box. Her latest project is an interactive journal, Positive Alternative Notebook Keepsake (P.A.N.K.) pending publication but principles from the forthcoming book are shared in workshops and given to teens.

Shamora graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Justice with special focus on the juvenile justice system. She has earned the coveted Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation, which signifies a higher professional level of experience and competence. Shamora prides herself on having a strong work ethic, being dedicated to completing multiple tasks and giving back to her community.
